Alyce’s mother was married 1st to Mr. Gruening and they had 3 daughters: Ella Thompson, Erna Gardner and Leadi. Grandchildren, Howard, Janet, David and Dolly. Alyce took piano lessons and was talented in many kinds of music. Also sang in the church choir in St. Pauls. As an active member in Young People’s Society, she volunteered taking members to other churches in Wisconsin. She drove a Dodge. On October 8, 2005 Alyce’s family moved her household items to her new address which is now:3127 Garner St. Eau Claire, WI 54701.
Alyce was the most wonderful friend to my mom Margie Peterson. True friends for life. Alyce was buried at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Washington, Wisconsin (Eau Claire County). Pallbearers: Ryan Bertelson, Dan Berterlson, Ross Seiffert, Matthew Rasmussen, Chad Rasmussen, Brandon Cummings, Garrett La Point and Riley Krueger. Honorary pallbearers: Stacey La Point, Lisa Krueger, Rachel Cummings and Nicole Cummings.
